Doltone House Jones Bay Wharf, was host to one of Australias leading fincial service institutions. Our brief was easy – transform the venue into a Winterwonderland for 360 pax….. within a 1 hour turnaround. With a dedicated team of professionals, the task was executed with precision and professionalism. True to our theme, it was a crisp Winter’s evening, ripe for the swirling motions of our Moondancer trio, who dreamily danced guests to the Loft. Guests were treated to cocktail snow cones served by non other than the Eskimo duo, while enjoying the anticipation of  a delectable dining experience.

Within an hour Moondancers reappeared to guide the party back to their destination…. Winterwonderland – Divine Style.  Upon entry guests were speechless…a hand carved ice sculpture framed the fog enhanced entranceway…… a shower of snowflake motifs covered the walls and ceiling, creating a timeless fantasy atmosphere in hues of blue and mauve…..The exquisite feature centerpieces, our exclusive Crystal Trees were uplit from light boxes below, became a talking point for dining guests enjoying the soft sounds of winter….. 2.5m high ice bergs adorned the walls adding the edge to the icy affair….if you would like to see some of the images from the event download our quicktime showreel here
